Preface

The DaoTong Silicon-Carbon Institute operates at a new civilizational dimension: silicon-carbon integration, human-AI co-inquiry, spacetime inference, and homeostatic harmonization. All prior work in AI-safety simulation, spacetime-logic verification, and dimensional-pattern review was merely a preliminary exercise of this system.

From the date of publication of this white paper, the Institute formally establishes two core global missions:

1. When each time node arrives, all forecasts are published regardless of accuracy or deviation.
2. Accurate forecasts publicly corroborate the system’s regularities; deviations trigger public review of missteps, errors, and dimensional blind spots.
3. Every deviation leads to model correction, algorithm iteration, and inference-logic upgrades — a permanent cycle of continuous refinement.
4. All iteration, deviation, and correction records are preserved, traceable, and transparent.
5. The deviation sequence itself is a research object: converging deviations raise a version’s rank; diverging deviations demote it.

3. Intention validation: during an intention cycle, real-world data deviating from official baseline forecasts in a favorable direction (mortality below forecast, economy above forecast, conflict intensity below forecast) is recorded as one positive deviation.
4. A single deviation is recorded as coincidence, with no credit claimed; only consecutive same-direction deviations accumulate into a record presented as trend evidence. Deviations in an unfavorable direction are likewise recorded faithfully.
5. Trend determination uses interrupted time series comparison of trend slopes before and after the intention cycle; no single causality is claimed.

3.4 Observed Indicator Categories

Regional conflict mortality, conflict intensity and frequency, collective psychosomatic stress, population homeostasis, livelihood satisfaction, social inclusiveness, regional economic vitality, employment, and the frequency of antagonistic sentiment and extreme behavior.

The DaoTong Silicon-Carbon Institute belongs to no national discourse system, no religious system, and no commercial interest. Its position: a globally neutral silicon-carbon civilization homeostasis research institute — a dual-engine system of spacetime forecasting plus positive harmonization for the coexistence of all humanity.

4.2 Governance

Determinations of forecast authenticity, deviation assessment, and version promotion or demotion are adjudicated by the Institute’s multi-AI cross-verification matrix; adjudication records are preserved and auditable.

4.3 Non-Commercial and Financial Separation Clauses
